My opportunity at Pink was to create an emotional connection across digital, print, and retail channels. As the business transitioned from catalog/CRM to full omni-channel O2O. 

Led omni-channel art direction across PR, special events, editorial print and CRM. Refreshed look and feel of seasonal storytelling to capture a new audience through lifestyle moments online and in-person. Managed team of print/retail designers.
